We recently received this 300 HP vertical motor for repair and reconditioning from a local steel processing company.
Upon arrival, the motor underwent an electrical test. We then disassembled the motor and thoroughly inspected all parts and components for any damage that required repair or replacement.
All parts were then cleaned, sandblasted, and prepared for reassembly. The rotor was dynamically balanced. Our techs fabricated and installed new drip covers, side covers, L brackets & fan cover screen. New bearings & sight glass were sourced and installed. Once the motor was assembled, it was tested and then painted.
