The comprehensive inspection process included disassembly, cleaning, and preparation of all parts for reassembly.
All electrical components underwent rigorous testing to identify any failures. Upon testing, it was found that the stator required rewinding, followed by dipping and baking.
Additionally, the rotor and impeller underwent dynamic balancing prior to the installation of new bearings, seals, o-rings, and thermal protection.
