This 36” Blower with a 20HP motor came to us from a local forging company in need of a cleanup and reconditioning.
Our RW Technicians disassembled and inspected the motor and blower assembly. We tested the motor, cleaned, and prepped all components.
New bearings, pulleys, pulley hubs, and belts were installed in the blower and motor. We then dynamically balanced the rotor.
The fan was balanced at 1300RPM, before the entire unit was reassembled with new stainless-steel grease lines and fittings.
It was given a fresh coat of paint and delivered back to our customer.
