This month, Johanna chose to highlight a 300hp Reliance motor that came in for repair. After teardown and inspect, and the stator was tested for failures.
The parts were cleaned and prepped for the reassembly process. Endbells were metalized and machined to tolerances, pulleys sandblasted and P ends were repaired.
We installed new bearing, balanced the rotor and the motor was reassembled, tested and painted, and then was delivered back to our customer.
