Johanna's "Hot Job" of March: 200 HP Motor

RW recently received a 200 HP motor from a local Iron Pipe producer for repair and reconditioning.

Upon arrival, the motor underwent an electrical test before we disassembled and thoroughly inspected all parts and components for damage and repair needs.

All parts were then cleaned and prepared for reassembly. The rotor was dynamically balanced. Our machinist metalized and machined the P bearing journal to proper tolerance and new bearings were installed. The motor was reassembled, painted, and final tested, before delivering back to our customer’s facility.
