We recently received this HE-1250 Hertwich Fan with 75KW motor for reconditioning and repair from a local forging company.
The entire unit was disassembled, inspected, and all parts were cleaned and prepped for reassembly. All electrical components were tested for failures.
The fan housing and blades were welded as needed, and the fan was dynamically balanced at 600RPM.
New bearings, seal kits, and belts were installed on the fan. We dynamically balanced the rotor for the motor before installing new bearings and seals, after the motor was assembled it was installed on the fan before running a final vibration/balance test.
